Device Administrator (BIND_DEVICE_ADMIN) (Optional)
Required for freezing and unfreezing apps on non-root devices. This permission allows App Freezer to disable or enable applications only when explicitly requested by the user.
Root Access (Optional)
Used only if granted by the user to enable advanced app management features on rooted devices.
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Used to export and import XML backup files and to store backup data locally on your device.

App Freezer does not misuse permissions and does not access personal content such as messages, photos, contacts, or call logs.

If you enable password or biometric protection:

Authentication data is stored locally on your device only.
No passwords or biometric data are transmitted or stored on external servers.
